RSJ Planning Ltd experience includes all aspects of planning from the initial project definition and consultation through all of the services associated with the submission and justification of planning applications for development together with the associated development (with technical partners) of EIA’s and supporting ES’s. Effective support during the planning process is provided and in addition timely post application support is afforded to ensure efficient discharge of conditions and approval of amendments is secured.
RSJ Planning Ltd is headed up by Rachel Jones. Rachel has more than 30 years’ experience as a minerals, waste and renewable energy planner, having worked for local authorities and as a private consultant. Rachel has a very wide range of experience in dealing with diverse major minerals, waste and energy applications, EIA’s, planning and enforcement appeals and inquiries. Recent projects include the successful development of a number of AD, EfW, Biomass, Waste Transfer stations, Landfill and non-hazardous waste treatment and Peaking Power Generation Plants.
Previously to establishing RSJ Planning Ltd Rachel worked as the Planning Development Management and Compliance Team Leader for Buckinghamshire County Council. She has extensive knowledge and experience of working in, and dealing with, government and local government officers and elected members.
